The Cost of Free Oil Changes

I brought my car in for the "free oil change" on Friday. The service person asked why I was bringing my own oil when free oil is provided with the service. I explained that I make an investment in my vehicles. Using AMSOIL OE products doesn't cost more (when you buy it as a Preferred Customer) but will provide excellent protection and allow me to keep my car longer without costly engine repairs. Their "free" oil in the long run will cost me more:

• My vehicle will need more frequent oil changes;
